Sirio Elettronica srl was founded with the focus on the design and manufacture safety inductive components for high-frequency converters used in industrial applications.
For over 50 years, Sirio has been supplying manufacturers of welding machines, battery chargers, electric drives, UPSs, power supplies, energy meters, and converters for the railway industry and other high-frequency applications requiring high levels of safety and reliability worldwide.
The company currently produces over 1.5 million components annually, with a turnover of €10 million. Exports now account for over 75% of its total sales, not only to European countries: over the years, Sirio has also built strong relationships with our customers in Asia, the Americas, and Oceania, fostering a spirit of constructive collaboration with professionalism.

Sirio Association
Since the beginning Sirio Inductive Components has pursued a twofold aim.
On the one hand, the achievement of a technical milestone: bringing high-quality and reliable electromagnetic components to the industrial market, thanks to specialized personnel, machine automation, and rigorous testing.
At the same time, careful attention has always been paid to reconciling the interests of individuals with those of capital.
Reflection on the values of participation has accompanied the company throughout its history, culminating in the establishment of the SIRIO ASSOCIATION in 2001, which holds 20% of company shares.
All Sirio employees are free to join, after signing a non-competition agreement. The association’s president, appointed by the members, attends the shareholders’ meeting of Sirio Elettronica srl, participating in the most important company decisions.
In the event of profit distribution, the association has financial resources that, according to its bylaws, can be used exclusively for the training of its members, or more generally, Sirio Elettronica employees. This training is intended not only as technical preparation, but also as a greater understanding of the dynamics of the business, economic, and financial worlds. Sirio Elettronica has received numerous awards for its commitment to these issues.

Quality
Our Quality Policy is an integral part of our corporate strategy; it is the very driving force behind our business. Sirio has been operating under a Quality System since the mid-1980s, achieving its first ISO certification in 1994.
Structuring the company according to ISO 9001:1994 has fostered a quality mindset, enhancing the sense of collective and individual responsibility. The system of procedures, based on continuous staff training at all levels, has fostered more effective communication and reduced errors and mix-ups. Our Quality journey is a continuous pursuit of improvement, which has led our company to the latest version of ISO 9001:2015 certification.
In addition to training and participation, Sirio is actively committed to sustainability, adopting concrete solutions to reduce its environmental impact, such as the installation of photovoltaic systems for production facilities (the first in 2013). Since 2024, thanks also to collaboration with customers, the company has been gradually replacing plastic and polystyrene packaging with more eco-friendly and recyclable cardboard alternatives.
Concern for the environment is thus integrated with a broader vision, in which process quality and continuous improvement are key tools for responsible growth.
