106 Family Features

Very compact drive transformers, with minimum height, based on ferrite EE core and built with interleaved windings. They typically have transfer area values up to few hundreds μVs and medium values of leakage inductance and coupling capacitcy. They are mainly used for IGBTs, power MOSFETs and BJTs high frequency firing.
